Who is responsible

SIGILLVM, a web design and development studio in Mendoza, Argentina, runs this website and is responsible for any information received through it. For any question about this policy, contact studio@sigillvm.com.

What information is collected

This website has no sign-up or user accounts, and it does not ask for or store personal information.

The enquiry form sends nothing to a server: it writes an e-mail that opens in the visitor’s e-mail program, and it is only sent if the visitor confirms it.

Whatever is shared when writing or calling (name, phone number, e-mail and the message itself) is used only to answer and is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Cookies and third-party services

The website sets no cookies of its own.

The typefaces load from Google Fonts: in doing so, Google receives the visitor’s IP address and may use its own cookies, under its privacy policy.

Rights over personal data

Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 25,326), anyone may ask for access to their data and have it corrected, updated or deleted, through the contact details above. Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.

Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the authority in charge of Law 25,326, handles complaints about breaches of the rules on personal data protection.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this same page, with its date.
